My Story: Bridging Nutrition and Performance

Living with anaphylaxis and severe allergies meant that nutrition dominated my life from childhood. Growing up having to constantly check food labels and ingredients felt restrictive, sparking resentment and poor dietary habits. Feeling isolated at family gatherings or avoiding social meals due to anxiety and fear created a poor relationship with eating. Eventually, my mindset developed into realising how vital nutrition is to our overall well-being, and I could perceive food as a tool for health promotion rather than an aspect to avoid.

Simultaneously, my passion for sports sparked a curiosity about how proper nourishment fuels recovery and boosts physical output. Unable to choose between my love for both nutrition and sports, I decided to bridge the gap by pursuing both. Today, as a qualified dietitian and personal trainer, I merge these passions to help others build a sustainable, positive relationship with their bodies. My goal is to provide practical strategies for both nutrition and movement, empowering individuals to achieve holistic health and lead more vibrant, active lives.
